The Chimneys Inn will travel to you and provide a picnic that will be remembered by all. Few catering companies can boast a mobile, on-site approach to food preparation—satisfying your guests’ curiosity and guaranteeing their approval! At your request, we will bring our operation to you. Traveling with our beloved, mobile smoker in tow, we will prepare a great Texas BBQ on site. Imagine enjoying fresh ribs, chicken, pulled pork or brisket right out of the BBQ pit! Our experienced staff will be on hand to answer any questions regarding our unique cooking methods and provide top-quality service to you and your guests.

If BBQ is not what you are looking for, we can also provide the traditional picnic fare including bratwurst, mettwurst, hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks, and chops—all grilled onsite ensuring the freshest quality. Looking for something amusing and unusual? Try our Cajun Boil. Cajuns are known for their "joie de vivre" (joy of living), and to add excitement to their food they experiment with herbs, spices and ingredients to create the most flavorful dishes.
